Yoga is essential part of mindful hikes ‘On the Way up‘. It’s about being present, attentive and focused. Whole a lot in breathing and mindful moving. We start our hikes with yoga exercises to warm-up our body and prepare our mind, we pay a lot of attention to breathing during hikes, we meditate in nature, we practice yoga asanas at the end of hikes to release our musculoskeletal system.

Eventually, there is no dividing line in between yoga and hiking. Both are to lead is to our inner world through amazing world of present real beauty.
